THE HIGHLIGHTS

Friday, Grace Hale scored the lone goal for the Niskayuna field hockey squad, lifting the Silver Warriors to their first win of the season.

Saturday, the Niskayuna boys’ cross country team’s three-man team of Spencer Amorosi, Charlie Ragone, and Joseph Quinn combined to win the Ekiden Invitational at Niskayuna’s Iroquois Middle School.

TODAY’S TOP GAME

We’ll go with the joint league openers for the Niskayuna boys’ cross country and Niskayuna girls’ cross country teams, which will compete at Bethlehem. That meet will be the first Suburban Council competition of the season for the running Silver Warriors.
