Boys Lacrosse: Niskayuna wins Section II title

— After nearly a half of frustration for Niskayuna, it took a little more than a minute for the Silver Warriors to right themselves in Saturday’s Section II Class A boys’ lacrosse title game.

Once back to normal, there was no letup. Niskayuna toppled Shaker 13-8 at the University at Albany for its fourth consecutive sectional title and 14th overall.

“It never gets old,” said Niskayuna senior John Prendergast, who won his first sectional title in 2012 as a freshman.
