NISKAYUNA — Here are three things to know for today about Niskayuna High School athletics:

1: The Niskayuna baseball team suffered a 3-1 defeat Monday against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake. In the loss, Sean Conners pitched a complete game for the Silver Warriors, while Pat O’Brien had a pair of hits.

2: The Niskayuna girls lacrosse team puts its perfect record on the line today at Colonie. The Silver Warriors are 9-0, ranked No. 7 in the state, and are the last undefeated team in Section II.

3: Playing host to Colonie today is the Niskayuna boys lacrosse squad, which is ranked No. 12 in the state. Niskayuna is coming off a week in which it picked up a 13-6 victory against Shenendehowa, another state-ranked squad.
