Rosh Hashana services at Beth Israel

SCHENECTADY — Congregation Beth Israel, 2195 Eastern Parkway, has scheduled Rosh Hashana services for Thursday and Friday, Sept. 25 and 26.

On both days, Shacharit will start at 8 a.m., youth group at 10:30 a.m., Rabbi Kelman’s sermon at 10:45 a.m. and Shofar blowing at 11:15 a.m. Tashlich will be Thursday at 6 p.m. at Iroquois Lake in Central Park.

All are invited for the High Holidays. Members and guests are $40 each. Nonmembers are $100 each. Students and newcomers to the Capital Region are free. These prices include both Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Call the office at 377-3700 for more information.
