At the Niskayuna Engineering Institute for Young Women, a week-long camp that helps girls get excited about STEM, we asked girls: What’s so great about being a woman in STEM? These are their answers.

“The best thing about being a woman in STEM is probably showing that it’s not all men; women have good ideas for everyone.”
