The stream gauge at Freeman’s Bridge in Schenectady indicates the river is at 216.9 feet this morning, according to the National Weather Service. At 217 feet, the river floods the access ramp to Schenectady County Community College. Minor flood stage, however, is 220 feet, with major flooding happening when the river hits 220 feet.
