You’re invited: A walk through the forest at Holy Redeemer Cemetery

The New York Forest Owners Association invites the general public to walk through 35 acres of harvested forest at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna to learn about the restoration process and see the results of these management efforts. The woods walk will be led by forester Mary Spring and property manager Rick Touchette and is co-sponsored by the Capital District Chapter of the Forest Owners Association and Albany Diocesan Cemeteries.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 7 at 10 a.m. at the cemetery, located at 2501 Troy-Schenectady Road.
